Register On-Line

To sign up for classes at OMAC Choong Moo you must do the following:

1. Click here to obtain the Choong Moo registration form.
2. Determine amount of registration fees and decide payment option (see Registration form)
3. Follow the instructions for completion of the on-line registration form.
4. Obtain and complete OMAC Annual Registration Form
5. Send completed Choong Moo registration form and OMAC annual registration form and fee payment to:
